Let's Talk Teens With Dr. Kela

Let’s Talk Teens With Dr. Kela (Where Teenage Girls Have a Voice) was developed by Denise Marsa Productions and BTH Creations in 2020 to be a featured weekly event on social media during the pandemic. With its success, Dr. Kela and her team is looking to increase the show’s outreach to a bigger audience.

Let’s Talk Teens With Dr. Kela is a never-before-seen talk show series that brings teenage girls and their families and other health professionals together in a comfortable, warm, and safe environment. The focus is teenage girls, a demographic often looked over when it comes to social and mental health issues and needs. Dr. Kela will have grounded and enlightened conversations about their self-esteem, appearance, peer pressure, social media, education, relationships, health, and sex. Let’s Talk Teens with Dr. Kela is currently a 3–5-minute recorded session covering a wide range of topics and concerns, plus travel experiences on her Instagram account (@drkelahenry) every Thursday night @6 PM EST.

Dr. Kela often invites teens and adults from the USA and around the world to share and discuss issues.

Let’s Talk Teens With Dr. Kela is a global movement for teenage girls to have the opportunity to tune in to constructive, educational, helpful, fun, and inspiring conversations, with each other, and adults, including therapists, psychologists, counselors, teachers, and parents.
